God damnit.

I went out the door and drove to the store to spend far more than I ever wanted on film.  I ran out of papers, and had nothing to roll, so it turned out my that my day got very dull.  I walked to a park called meadowlark and tried to take pictures where it was too dark.  I had to walk far but I got back to my car and felt like an ass when I ran out of gas.  I walked down to the station to find out the clerk was someone with whom I had relation.  Well we exchanged greeting, it was such an ackward meeting, but I had nothing to say, so I went on my way.

I think this ended up being a $30 roll of film.  And on top of everything, Walgreen's scanned my damned pictures upside down.



400 speed color negative film, SRT-100, 50mm lens.



OK, now that I have a majority of those uploaded, I might as well say what the concept was.  I tried to capture the essence of my hometown.  I found a lot of weird things just by walking around (like Mr. Skeleton) that kinda capture the spirit of here.

I also saw a lot of beer bottles in the gutters.  If I'd taken a picture every time I saw one laying around, half my roll would be broken bottles . . .
